Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Payments, Prices, Orders
All prices in the online store include VAT
WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING METHODS OF PAYMENT:
• Transfer to a transaction account according to a proposal prepared by the online store (cash payment).
• With payment cards.
• For installment payment with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Diners and Karanta payment cards.
CASH PAYMENT - TRANSFER BY ACCOUNT TO TRANSACTION ACCOUNT
You can pay the amount on transaction account no. SI 56 0201 3025 5874 179 - NLB d.d. or .SI56 3000 0002 8015 091 Sberbank d.d. according to the proposal that you receive at your e-mail address and is automatically created by the online store. The validity of the prepared template is 5 days from the executed order. In the event that we do not receive your payment within five days after the order has been placed on our bank account, we will consider that you are withdrawing from the contract and we will cancel the order. We consider the final confirmation of the order to be the deadline when we receive the amount of the order to our current account. At the same time, the day after receipt of payment, the delivery time published on the item page begins to run.
For all items that state that a certain price is valid upon cash payment, it is considered that a transfer to our bank account has been made as a cash payment.
WITH PAYMENT CARDS
You can pay for the goods with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards. Card processing is provided by Bankart Slovenija.
In case of suspicion of misuse when paying with payment cards, we reserve the right to further verify the identity of the person who performed the transaction and the right to dispose of the payment card.
The new online payment system allows card number and CVV code data to be processed exclusively on secure servers. We as a trader do not have access to this data or. insights. This also minimizes the possibility of abuse.
The published prices on the item page are valid for payment by bank transfer, payment by card. For all other payments, the system will automatically charge you a commission based on the selected payment.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods and under the above conditions.
Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.
In the store, we adjust prices daily to the prices of our suppliers. As a result, the prices on the websites where we advertise may not be immediately updated and may be different from those in the online store. For discounted items, the percentage shown is calculated based on the base price of the item. If the item has the option of additional selection of options that affect the price, this percentage may be different. In this case, the valid selling price and the price are shown as the regular price and the displayed percentage of the discount is not taken into account.
PERFORMANCE OF PURCHASE / ORDER
The order is completed when you receive a notification that the order has been placed for further processing and a confirmation is displayed on the screen. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information about the order to your e-mail address.
In the cart, you have, among other things, the option to calculate postage according to the location of delivery. Depending on the location of delivery, you will be offered various delivery service options with a display of delivery costs. In the basket, you can also use a discount coupon that you earned in a prize game, to submit a grade and the like, and you can also use a gift voucher given to you by a loved one. Only one coupon or voucher is allowed for each purchase. Coupons and vouchers do not add up
When you decide to place an order, you go to the checkout. The ordering page is transparent and simple. Here you can choose between delivery and payment options. The cashier will respond immediately to your every action and display your final order value. The cash register will also show all the discounts that belong to you when ordering items that you have in the cart at the time you are at the checkout. The system will automatically check if you are entitled to a discount for the purchase of items for twins, a discount for several items or some other discount or coupon. Discounts are excluded, except in cases that are also visible at the box office.
At the checkout, you are always shown the costs you have when executing the order. You are also shown the cost of VAT.
The purchase contract or your order will be stored in electronic form in our databases. This information is available to you at any time upon your request.
We will send the invoice to you either electronically in your mailbox, which you will specify when ordering, or as an attachment to the package you will receive at home.
